10th of October - World Mental Health Day - Social Run

As you may or may not be aware next Thursday, the 10th of October Is World Mental Health Day. To mark the day we are organising some sweet treats, coffee/tea and hot chocolate for after the usual Thursday night training run on 10th October @ Jordanstown lough shore carpark. Staying active plays a massive role in looking after your mental health and what better way could you spend a few minutes than catching up with everyone and eating buns by the Sea shore after Thursday night training.
As the club continues to grow in membership and go from strength to strength it is important that we maintain that close knit family spirit and ethos that has always been a part of Mallusk Harriers since its inception in 2010.
Just sign in to the usual event on team app so we know how many buns to bring. Coach Maeve is going to bring you on a route through glamourous Jordanstown and then back for treats. As always everyone is welcome, please bring warm clothes as no doubt it’ll be freezing.
