As Paul has said in the chat room it is a big help to those collating results and promoting the club etc if all our runners could update their status at parkrun to Mallusk Harriers.

It should only take about a minute.

From your email you got today with your time/result on it.

1 Click “Update my profile” (the second orange box)

2 This will open up your web browser to your parkrun links. Click “update”.

3 A new page will open. Half way down you will see Running Clubs and a drop down menu. Select Mallusk Harriers.

4 Click “Please alter”

All done

When you go the results page on parkrun you can click at the top of the running club column and it will put all the clubs in order and we can see how each other is doing.
