Brian McDonald hits his 2014 target way ahead of schedule with a time of 21:26.

Carol Leckie perhaps takes the plaudits this week however, taking more than a minute off her previous PB with a time of 26:34.

New found belief….

Caroline Rea shaved yet another few seconds of her PB at 30:09.

Great intros also for new members Dean Finlay and Dave Gibson with times of 25:51 and 25:52 respectively and a huge welcome back to Maeve O’Gorman returning from injury.
